BELFAST – GLASGOW EXPRESS

Travel information relating to coronavirus (COVID-19)

Service Suspended from Tuesday, 24 March 2020

Following the Prime Minister’s press conference on Sunday, 22 March 2020 in which he gave firm Government advice that now is the time to end all “non-essential contact” with others and to “cancel unnecessary travel”, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend our Belfast – Glasgow Express Service for a period of 6 weeks.

Our last day of operation will be tomorrow, Tuesday, 24 March 2020.

We have contacted passengers to advise them of the suspension of the service.

We can offer to bring travel dates forward, hold tickets in reserve or provide a full refund.

We are proactively contacting all our customers who are impacted.  We ask that, where possible, you wait for us to contact you.  Please be reassured that we will be in touch with all affected customers, but we ask that you bear with us as we work through this difficult time.

If you do need to urgently speak with us, you can contact our office on +44(0)28 92650700 (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm) but please be patient as we are experiencing long call wait times.

We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but hope you understand that it is a decision that has been taken in order to cooperate with the Government’s effort to deal effectively with the current crisis.

Kind regards
