• It is useful to tell your guests as early as possible that you will be providing coach transfers. An insert in your invitations is an ideal way to do this.
• If you are using a venue that might have limited access let us know. That way we can check it out beforehand and ensure we have the best arrangements and vehicles in place.
• If you have guests staying overnight in or around the reception area we can also provide a range of minibus transfer services. This means no one is tempted to drive home and you have the peace of mind that all your guests will arrive home safely.
• Closer to the big day you need to focus solely on trying to be as relaxed as possible. It’s a good idea hand over a list of all your suppliers’ contact details to a designated person. If you also give us the designated person’s contact details, it works really well.
