Dear Hannon’s

I would just like to email in regards to a recent Ski Trip that Hannon’s were our designated coach company for the week at the St Leonards Academy. I can honestly say that our two drivers – Ralph and Tony, were by far the best coach drivers we have had on any of our previous ski trips.

They at all times went above and beyond to ensure that the week ran as smoothly as possible, offering to take us to the local hospital when we had to deal with our injured pupils, as this was some distance from our hotel. They were extremely accommodating in working around our schedule for each day, and thought nothing in joining in with our evening activities and being approachable and friendly throughout the week.

This made the whole trip far less stressful knowing that they at all times they would go above and beyond where needing to. Our pupils and staff were all extremely thankful for all of their hard work throughout the week and I’d be extremely grateful if you could forward on our thanks to both of them.

Should we book another trip next year, we wouldn’t hesitate in requesting Hannon’s services again from our ski company.
